We place a refundable pre-authorization hold on your card — funds are reserved, not charged. After a clean return and inspection, the hold is released. If there's damage, we may capture part or all of the deposit with documentation. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle.

At our family rental center on a farm near Ottawa, Ontario. We schedule pickup and return times with you and do an in-person training and condition walkthrough at handover.
